Food Freshness Assessor

A small, sealed enclosure logs humidity, CO₂, and temperature around a piece of produce and computes a freshness score on-device. The Arduino-class controller fuses the three signals into a continuous index, surfaces a Fresh / Watch / Defect verdict on a screen, and exposes the raw telemetry over USB for downstream logging. Built as a low-cost alternative to industrial respirometry rigs.
